Devon and Cornwall Division

No, it’s not a special dessert for the Intendant General, however it was a delight to receive.

The meeting had been scheduled to Install as a Knight a Companion. Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond his control the proposed candidate was unable to attend.  The meeting was able to undertake other important business for the future of the Conclave which sits at the eastern most point of the Division.

Unbeknown to the Intendant General, the Most Puissant Sovereign P.Kt. Paul Howard Baker, was going to make a presentation to R.Ill.Kt. Nicholas White. P.Kt. Paul, as treasurer of the Division, had in his possession the Grand Masters Fund Colarette for the Division.  The collarette represents a donation made on behalf of ALL Knights of the Division and will be worn by the Intendant General and becomes a significant part of the Intendant General’s regalia to be worn by successive Intendant Generals in the future.

Having recovered from the surprise, R.Ill.Kt. Nicholas explained to the Conclave the purpose of the fund and his delight that the Division had achieved the presentation of the Colarette.

The Intendant General was tempted to wear it on his journey home…

Well done to the Division!
