On Friday 25th the Intendant General, R.Ill.Kt. Nicholas White attended the regular meeting of Plymouth and District Masters Lodge to deliver a talk about the Masonic and Military order of the Red Cross of Constantine and the Orders of the Holy Sepulchre and St John the Evangelist in the area.
The event was arranged through the WM of the Lodge, W.Bro. Michael (Bill) Oats, a member of Royal Citadel Conclave 327 and agreed by R.W.Bro. Nick Ball, PGM.
W.Bro. White commented, to his shame, that it was his first visit to P&D Masters after many years of membership in Masonry.
The talk covers the history of the order and the development of the Division in Devon & Cornwall as well as interesting aspects of the ritual of the order. It was well received by the members of the lodge which included several members of the Order including Ill.Bro. John Redman, the Deputy Intendant General who is the DC of P&D Masters.
A thoroughly enjoyable evening culminated in a super festive board. The IG distributed the Divisional leaflet to members present.
